Riviera Comps is Elena Agueeva Real Estate’s property valuation and research service. It brings together an agent’s visit, comparable completed sales and relevant official records to establish a price range for negotiation and identify questions requiring further investigation.
An agent of the agency always visits the property before a valuation is prepared, with you or on your behalf. The asking price is excluded from the valuation, including when the agency holds the seller’s mandate.
The research identifies matters for your notary, lawyer and technical advisers to examine. It does not certify compliance or the absence of defects, and does not replace their examinations.
Riviera Comps is provided within the agency’s mandates. Communication of the written report remains at Elena’s discretion, with preference given to exclusive buyer mandates; an exclusive mandate does not guarantee a copy.

We use the valuation range and the questions identified to prepare your proposed price and terms, and negotiate within the agreed assignment.

I work alongside your notary and other appointed advisers to coordinate the transaction through to the final signature.

A clearly defined assignment.
Buyer representation is agreed through a written search mandate with Elena Agueeva Real Estate, available in English or French. The scope, remuneration and information to be shared are agreed as part of the instruction.
The agency also represents sellers. Any existing mandate on a property you are considering, and how competing interests will be addressed, must be clarified before negotiations. Disclosure alone does not resolve a conflict.
