Most agency track records are adjectives. This one is checkable against the French state's deed register.
Every sale summarised here appears in the state transaction register (DVF) under its commune, date and price — except the most recent deeds, which the register publishes with a lag and which are marked accordingly. The representation on each transaction is documented in this office's contemporaneous records: mandates, closing invoices, notarial attestations. We publish sale prices, never commissions, and never the parties.
34 transactions · €181.7 million · 13 communes · 3 sales above €15M
21 closed by Elena Agueeva as commercial agent at Knight Frank (2021 – mid-2023), 13 by this office since.
Methodology: ranking claims use the published DVF zone definitions; villas (maison) at €3M or above; window 2014–2025; estate-level deduplication (commune + date + price); prices are mutation totals as registered. Where a contract price exceeds the registered figure by excluded furnishings (mobilier), the register figure is shown. The register publishes deeds with a delay of up to ~18 months; 2026 sales are documented by deed and will appear in DVF on publication. Whichever agencies you compare, ask each for the same three facts per claimed sale — commune, deed date, price — and check them against the register.
